Zoo, when I said "in time"....I meant as I saved up more extra funds for purchasing them....atleast I guess that's what you meant, if not, sorry.

Now that I'm kindof over my surge of sharks....gonna go the safe-route and "start small", because I don't want to HAVE to rely on my cousin so much for helping me take care of such a large project. 18" depth is good for benthic sharks correct? If so, I'll do a large surface area tank first and keep it in my garage(converted into a game room, so it has the a/c, heat, fridge, etc already going). At the moment, I've got about 50sq ft of free space(half the 2-car garage size minus the wall space being used), so about a 5'x10' tank, though realisticly, it'd be 4'x9' if I actually wanted to be able to walk around it. It'll be on top of a table(don't worry, I know how to build a table that will be able to hold the weight), and I guess I'll use door screen material or something similar as the netting for the cover. Which should I start with first, the brown banded bamboo or the white spotted bamboo? and how many should I get, 1, 2, 3?

Well your best bet is to set a bucket of water in the garage. Check the temp during the day and the night. Find the average tempeture between them and stock that way. That way you don't have to spend extra money heating and cooling
The garage stays mostly around same temp as inside of house, though it does fluctuate a little more because it's not insulated as well. I usually keep house's thermostat at 74, but I'll do whatcha said and check it over the next couple days and give the highest and lowest readings. I'll hang bucket so it's a couple feet off floor, because the directed floor vents always keep a cold draft right on the floor that'd give ill readings, because I plan to have the table about 2ft tall. I'm only 5'8", if I made it any taller, I'd have problems reaching anything. Plus it'd make it harder for when I decided I wanted to take a dip. 
Oh I have some extra pumps that according to their online manuals are supposed to work with fresh or salt water, but I appreciate the offer man. I live in Vicksburg Mississippi. What part of the Ozarks are you in? I used to go up to KC,MO every year till lately, so I drove that hazardous 2-lane mountain road thru northern AR up around Hardy,AR and such....nice scenic route, but terrible if you're trying to get anywhere fast and safely.
You'll have thermal gain from the pumps, so you water will be a bit warmer than the air if you keep it mid 70s.
If you keep the sides high enough above the water level, you won't need to have a cover. Or, build verticle sides out of mesh that extend the walls up, but allow you to see through them still.

Oh hey, a gated mesh siding so i could open part of it to reach into tank. Niiice, ur too smart dude. Also, highest temp water bucket got was 76. Since last night I've read about the Coral and Marble catsharks, I would go that route since they're smaller, but I think I'll hold off on those until these bamboos outgrow this tank. Unless you think they'll never outgrow it? hehe
