Hey everyone, new guy here from Florida, i was wondering what would be good tank mates for a Tiger Oscar? (100 gallon tank) how will a arowana/peacock bass/gar do? or what others would be ideal?

Honestly in a 100g gallon tank none of those would be good tankmates. Too small of a tank. That is pretty much perfect for a solo Oscar and maybe some sort of medium sized clean up fish and thats about all.

i read i can have a 1 jack dempesey and a eel or another oscar in a 100 gallon tank,is it possible?

A Dempsey is compatible. ..not sure about the eel, that depends on what kind of eel

Look at some smaller cichlids, Cryptotheros genus maybe (spilurus, sajica, cutteri) to go in there with him maybe? Beani maybe? Convicts? 100 gallon is kinda small for an Oscar with anything else, but smaller cichlids might work out. You could try Red Tail Shark, maybe some Clown Loaches. Oscar might eat the loaches, might not. I have some pretty small ones with Vieja and a JD, they haven't gotten eaten yet. Maybe a Firemouth?
