adorable little babies.. hope all goes well with them
So far everything is going smoothly. The first couple days I was nervous, but the weenie dog is really helping me out. She cleans and stimulates them, I feed and wash the bedding. Teamwork! :)

awwwwwww they are SO cute :D i don't like cats but they are VERY cute. im also an animal lover.. but would just never keep a cat as a pet lol. too scared of the clawssss
You know what? I am a full on dog person. I had a cat growing up, but after him, never again, just dogs. On a gut feeling a couple years ago, I brought home my cat Big Boy (or Bigguns, Tub Tub, or BoBo as the nicknames are lol) because he looked like my old cat, but huge. He's got the personality of a dog, and is fearless. I haven't ever met a cat as cool as him. Even people that hate cats, that come over, just adore him. My one friend who is allergic to him, will play with him for a while then run and wash her hands, then rub potatoes on her hands where they are swelling up. (seems to work). Big Boy has his claws, but knows better than to use them on me. Mama will still pick his fat butt up by his scruff. He seemed to have opened my heart to cats again, hence the parade of fosters :)

AAHHHH!!! FREAKING ADORABLE!!!! Not taking away the much due credit from you, but your weenie dog has probably given them a much better chance by being so caring. That is so neat. As you said, good team!

we have 5 new barn kittens

Awww so cute. Reminds me of my kitten. A neighbor kid found her in a box in the middle of a field. Her eyes were open but i remember having to bottle feed and stimulate her. It's heart warming to see animals adopt a baby of another species as their own. My corgi played momma to my little girl and would follow her everywhere as she started to explore.

Good luck with the kittens.

She is my right hand in this, that's for sure. She keeps jumping in the laundry basket with them to "nurse" she doesn't realize she can't do that part lol. The shepherd is starting to get the hang of them. She isn't used to cats letting her lick them, that's for sure. So she gets happy and then starts to lick a little, but the weenie is the true savior.

I think its an amazing experience to be able to be their mama. I love reading stories of other animals adopting others as their own as well. I'm happy I get to see that experience first hand :)

Ha! I know. It doesn't help that that Big Boy also thinks he's a dog. He runs to the door to go outside with the dogs. And then runs after me to get food. And then runs and leaps to the back of the couch and plops on my belly like he's in his place. Spoiled rotten cat. lol

I love 'cogs' (cats certain they are dogs). My Rupert is that way. It has a lot to do with how they're raised.
