IME the 10mm Mega Fish formula can be easily eaten by larger Mbu, but most of that will depend on whether your Mbu will accept pellets, or not. The 10mm is a very hard/dense wafer shaped pellet, that your other fish will have a very difficult time consuming due to their size. 10-12mm pellets are typically the size used by commercial farms to feed 4-8ft sturgeon.Your 20" aro would have no problem with the 7.5 mm (floating) Ex Large formula, but my experience with aros is that some will eat it, and some won't.
Personally I would feed the 5-10" fish the 3mm Large Fish formula, which would be much more readily accepted than the 10mm. You could also try the H20 wafers, and break them into smaller pieces. The 10mm will require a hammer to break up. lol
Some good info!
I have a bucket of 1mm cichlid formula/thera+A and some 3mm thera+A already but was looking more for the others with less mess.
The MBU is taking pellets from the surface already so just need something larger for him to see cause he's a bit slow and the other fish get to all the food before he can.
Looks like I will stick with the 7.5mm
Thanks everyone for chiming in.
