You weren't kidding. Wow what a nice light base marble, congrats!

My big female looked like that as a youngster until I put her in my black bottom/sides tank and her pattern darkened up.
 
She looks nice, cannot recommend enough to keep her on a white or a very light sand base. You will be very happy you did :)
