Downsizing??... by that, I think he means doing more waterchanges, but less gallons top off?!!

By "downsizing" he means he will buy less fish. He isn't downsizing his collection, just slowing the acceleration of the extinction he will eventually cause of any fish you want. Li doesn't have downsize in his blood. He will go Monster until there are expensive fish in every room in his house, his garage, his car, and his yard. He probably has to back out of his driveway around a tank. I bet he has a cichla in a safe deposit box at his bank!
