It is nothing personal, but all of your threads are terribly repetitive. If you want to start a new thread about something, the situation will have had to of changed in order for it not to be a constant repeat on the threads you have already started. Do something productive for yourself. Then if you want, update AFTER that has been accomplished, not when it might be.

I can assure you that if you did you would most certainly find some work! What I look for as a chef is not so much the qualifications of the persons resume, but their desire to learn. I recently hired a person who had no kitchen experience at all, just a desire to work and bang on she does a great job.
There is much to be said about pounding the pavement till you find some form of work.
