Hello; President Trump did not start this and had he quit I would still be pissed. It was not his comments that influenced me, it was the disrespect of the flag/ anthem ceremony.

I'd even bet the NFL could have sued these players for some legal jargon and probably have won if not for the bad press it would have received. You cannot do things or protest in a way that would indicate your company shares your feelings. Good example is how the NFL gets to approve what logos players wear on their helmets and cleats.

The pink bands and colors are in support of breast cancer the NFL holds the right to associate it's logo and that of it's teams with support of this disease. If they chose not to it would be in their right.

Kneeling for the flag is a form of protest the NFL doesn't want associated with it's logo. It's that simple

That photo is easily disproved. First, the burning flag looks very photoshopped. Second, this can be googled. I don't even know how this is a "idea".

it is interesting how you all started acting like those "snowflakes" you love to complain about. It's also funny how S skjl47 said that he hopes I get banned for political posting but he does his own fair share of political posting. Maybe you should delete your account or impose a ban on yourself to keep from hypocrisy.

Hello; A distinction without much of a difference but I think I said "maybe" you would get banned to save the thread.
And yes, since that time I have posted some political content. The reason being that the tolerance for such talk seems to be greater for some reason. In that particular thread the tolerance may be greater because the thread is so legendary. This NFL thread likely will not get such a deal.
I also think it is of interest that I was not the first or second member to caution about the political stuff. If you or I break a forum rule then a logical outcome might be a ban. My pointing out the logic of your political speak seems to have gotten your goat and I must admit I do enjoy your discomfort.
