saints looked good for one drive besides that peterson has showed me the most.
 
maybe favre would suck so bad if he actually decided to join his team during training camp and not for the first game.
 
It was a good game. Glad the Saints won. My pool ended in a push with a 5 point spread. Sort of :ROFL: for the first game of the season. Talk about anti-climatic.
 
I had to do 50 push up because vikings lost :headbang2 :irked: I made that bet with my dad :grinno:
 
anyone else disappointed with this game? 2 of the highest scoring teams from last year combining for 23 points? NO's air attack only looking crispy for the opening round. Minnesota's rushing attacking looking good for 2 series. Bush having a hot start then disappearing. No excitement from favre, didn't even look like he wanted to be there. No big plays from Brees and all those WRs.

I'mma laugh if the Jets/Raven monday night game which is suppose to be built around defense outscores this game. I hope Ray ray and the ravens smack the J-E-T-S right in the mouth for yappin like they're somebody. You were 9 and 7 last years stupid jets after 2 teams laid down to let you in the playoffs! you're NOTHING! Your coach cried in a press conference about how the season was over after like week 13 and now you're talking like you're the returning superbowl champions. Someone shut them up please

I'm not sure where the Jets have gotten this sudden ego boost. Their quarterback throws more interceptions than any others I know of. They are a young team that needs probably two or three more seasons of developing before they get far in the postseason.

guess both were working on defense in the off season.
 
i dont think sanchez will get any better. hes one of those players what you seen last year is what your going to get. joe flaco is very inconsistant it should make for a good head to head game but neither of these teams will contest for the sb.

Who you taking then? I think both have the correct recipe for a superbowl contending team. Running game, defense and a game manager at QB
