I don't think Tate is a loss with a healthy Harvin. Plus Tate made dumb decisions in clutch moments lol.

Somehow I feel like the Patriots will have a good year, can never count them out with that coaching staff.

My SB prediction this year: SF & NE (just a feeling)
 
By most improved im assuming you mean win totals from one year to the next? If thats the case the rams (7-9 last year) have no chance. I dont see many teams that were near or just below .500 jumping up to a 12-13 win seasons

I can see quite a few of those teams becoming more formidable though

JK you very well may be right! I am going to the SB in Phoenix at the end of this season. I'd love to see my hawks but I'm loyal to NFC west, if you guys make it I'll cheer you on!

I think you're right Ballin. I see teams improving and rebuilding but I don't know if any sub 500 teams from last year will be able to be contenders. The top teams are just so strong.

BTW: I balled in highschool, college and briefly overseas. I'm assuming you play/played ball because I sure used to watch those AND 1 mix tapes and ballin outta control DVD's back in the day. I'm assuming that's what your avatar makes reference to?!
 
In terms of wins, the Falcons will probably have the largest turn around. They are not likely to have an injury plagued 4 win season again.

anything can happen.the rams stockpiling talent so don't be shocked if it does.the skins started out really bad last year and never really turned it on so you can figure they were not really that bad plus adding talent and retiring players like fletcher who played one too many seasons,better coach I'm sure you'll agree with that one!LOL
 
You would be a better coach then Michael shannehan lol. Good riddance

The problem with highlighting St. Louis is theyre not leapfrogging Seattle, SF, and Arizona in one season. The hurdle is too big. Maybe in a year or two

I am looking for Denver to choke on SD play off game and going to the SB against seattle. least that be my dream mach up again. same as every year for the past 15 years. as for best turn around SD may fit that bill, they dropped quite a few games last season but came on strong twords the end. head coaches second year and rivers looking to get it done before he is done. they did a good job in the draft, should be no excuses this year for pounding the pootch.

Lol yes thats the reference. Those tapes were sweet. Id get so excited to watch them. I didnt take any sports as far as you did though so congratulation on the accomplishments
