They're all in the same tank and seem to get along just fine.. My NGTs range from 4 to 7 inches in size and share the tank with 8 widebars and 1 thinbar ranging in size from 3-7 inches. I think having multiple dats in the same tank helps diffuse any potential aggression.

i had this NGT from 2-3inch and grew him to about 7inch when i got the uaru.f it was the main fish that i ever regret selling and nagged the guy i sold it to for 2 months to sell it back
hears and old pic of the same fish when i got it about 3yrs ago
the main thing that i liked about this NGT when he was small was the stripes were clean not messy like other small NGT some people didnt even think it was NGT
The last time i tryed 2 NGT in the same tank they were the same size with 10 x wide bars but as soon as the submisive NGT the one in the pic came out the other one would try to kill it but leave the other dats alone
even whenthis NGT was getting beat up bad it never lost color so i sold the bully one
the smaller NGT that is in the tank with this big boy was agressive to the thin bars and ST in the tank but now this big boy is in their he has carmed down
Awesome looking NGT. I wish they were easier to get in Hawaii. $300 seems a little steep to me. Is that too much? I dont have room for one anyways.
