i got my 4 incher ngt from the west coast too.. very rare to see them in lfs.

that's what im saying not of the demand here in east coast.. none of the importors willing to import NGTs.. just ITs are easily fetched..

There was a short influx of them for a couple months. It has pass I believe. Now nobody is bringing them in or just not available. Only ones for sale are recent buyers which are changing their minds and placing in the marketplace.
