After working in a major Veterinary Critical Care where I've seen all sorts of nasty stuff (severe hit by car patients where everything that was in is now out, bad burns, popped out eye balls, maggot infested wounds, etc., etc., etc.) I still get squirmy over a broken, bleeding toe nail... Looking forward to seeing the insane clown, again.
