Here's a jumbo male that I helped rescue a couple years ago... he was a good 10", maybe a little larger. Too bad he was so shy.

Nics as adults are super cool. But as Juvi's?? I guess you have to look forward for when they grow!

I totally agree!! Here's a pic of mine shortly after I got it... The colors are starting to pop... the blues and reds coming in!! I just don't have a more recent pic.

I agree! Nics really are a great fish. I sold all of mine but would keep them again if I had the tank space. They're a very colorful and unique fish.
