Best best camera man ever.
2xO’s (ones three inches long)
1x GT
1x Madagascian cichlid
1xsilver dollar
4xspotted silver dollars
1x Bala shark
1xgold spot Gibby
1xsialfin gibby
3xmystery sails (mystery how there still alive)
And one yabby. (Also as above)

As you can see my fake plants while expensive are about as gaudy as it gets.
My question is ,Is there a company out there that makes actual nice fake plants?
As is big cichlids tendency to play with everything and dollars ability to eat anything green. After something nice to pretty up the joint a bit.

Checkout Marina brand Silk plants sold on Amazon.

Hello. I get my plastic plants from Ebay. I have them in my 55 gallon Angelfish tank & 125 gallon Oscar tank. I like that they are on gravel bases and my Oscar Big Boy can move them around. LOL.

This is my 55 gallon Angelfish tank.

I have a hard time with silk plants. After a period of time, the fibers start to come off and end up clogging power heads and intakes.
I finally have up on them with my African cichlids and added more rocks and wood instead. I still have some plastic plants in a small tank with community fish, though.
Good luck!

I really like the Weco Freshwater Pro Series. I use the ruffled sword in my tank. The ones on the right side of the wood.

The one to the left is the Marineland bamboo which Ive now got rid of in favor of the Weco line. The Weco also last a long time, mine are going on two years and still look really good. They are not cheap and hard to find but well worth it. I got mine from https://www.amazon.com/Weco-Freshwa...1528953073&sr=8-1&keywords=Weco+ruffled+sword

Cool thing is they also go up to a 30” for tall tanks!
