Worth the price of admission just to see 'Bubba', the Queensland grouper. This monster had surgery to remove a cancerous growth that was forming on the head area. In the pic you can see where it has healed nicely.
The surgery was all performed underwater. Would have payed a months wages to see that.

Yeah, the Shedd aquarium is one place I've never been but definately want to see. Many public aquariums (like the one in Tampa) focus on saltwater and don't give freshwater the respect it deserves.
