Here sh is , terrible quick pics, she's looking dark (stressed) like yours.
When she defends her turf she brightens up amazingly, for some reason she is the most hated by all the other fish in my tank.

Try to get some nicer pics when I get settled

Oh that looks exactly like mine!
Just googled fenestratus and it looks pretty to similar to what I have...
The dark patches seem to match aswell!
Are these called redheads ? Or is there a lot of variation of redheads ?
I'll upload a pic in a lil bit, just put him inside the main tank
