Night Shift

When you get off chill. Eat a meal, do normal chores, drink a few brewskis and try to stay up long enough until your tired and can get 7-8 hours of deep sleep! Pointless trying to sleep if your not physically/mentally tired! In the winter I plow snow and the hours are 24/7 random so the same methods work for me, however an hour or 2 before bed cut the tv and bright lights to mellow down because you need good and deep sleep! And as said above darken the room or wear a night mask.

If all else fails talk to a doc and get some lunesta or w/e

What I did was drink monster or redbull or coffee. I made sure to take my caffeine right around 1; because it takes a couple hours to kick in and you start to feel dead around 3-4 am. And then I would TRY to sleep. It sucked kind of. I would always trick myself into thinking my days had more hours; then I would drink two energy drinks before I go to work since I didn't sleep and decided to stay up. Don't do what I did; black out your windows and try to sleep like they said.
