Lemonfin barb (Hypsibarbus Wetmorei). Very much like a tinfoil barb. I bought four tinfoils back in 2015 and that was one of them! I didn't properly ID it until some time later.
Beautiful fish, they'll hit 20" in the right sized tank. Mine has maxed out at about 16".
