Nightcrawles in bulk ?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I get mine from Gander Mountain. A bit cheaper than Walmart. I used them to feed my rays. Would get them online but not sure what to do with 500 since the rays are still small.

I know this is not necessarily what you want to do, but why don't you set up a breeding bed for worms at your house. I have been breeding red worms for 3 years now in styro boxes in my lab. Real easy. I set up a compost bin on the side of my house and added a lb of worms after it built up a bit so they would stay put and not leave in search of food. They should start breeding here soon now that it has warmed up. At school I started with a few hundred and now I have as many as I need to pump up breeding fish of all types whenever I need them.

Hi I work for WWBait here is our website. www.canadiannightcrawlers.com/shop

To be honest I found this thread through google's search engine if I'm not allow to link this then I apologize and please delete.

We wholesale canadian nightcrawlers, but business has been very VERY bad as a result of the declining US dollar. So we've decide to extend into retail. We sell for profit, but our prices are competitive and it maybe worth your while to take a look.

** note website just launched less than 24 hours; I found a couple errors with some content and we are fixing asap.

is the red worms okay to feed fish/rays etc?

thanks

As of european nightcrawlers ? YES, I was feeding them but my rays prefer canadian for their thick and fat chunks :)

Red worms, as in red wrigglers? Red wrigglers are fine, they are smaller than nightcrawlers.
