Do they and Barramundi, and other same body type fish, kinda have that "sunken in" look to them? Even healthy ones seem to look like that.

Hi,
I have one Lates Niloticus, i post it afternoon when im at home...
I bought her/he yesterday and still dont eat...
what do you feed him?
I tryed frozen blood worms, beef heart and shrimp...
this is normal right?
