Nimbochromis venustus

i have a quick question....how big do these suckers get?...and what is there temperment? are they ok to put in with some other mixed lake cichlids?...ex. peacocks, calvus, d. compressiceps, a. compressiceps, aratus?

some say no.. some like me say yes... but it really depends on the individual fish... venustus can be aggressive... and they do get big... takes time but they reach 9 or 10 inches... heres mine with mixture of malawi cichlids... View attachment 371882

Nice venustus Liz. just added a large male to the frontosa tank. His colours compliment the Frontosa tank nicely.
