nitrate problem

thanks for all the input I know 20 is not that bad but all my other tanks are great it's just that one I picked up some fluval lab nitrate remover today it's a new probuct but my friend at the fish store siad they have used it and it works realy good some I am going to give that a shot

so does this mean its either water change or put plants on the tank to reduce and eliminate nitrate? let me understand this one better... if i put some plants does this tell me water change can be done once in two weeks rather than once a week?

Try it and see. If your nitrites are under 20 every other week then yeah I suppose otherwise just use them as an advantage.

I think I way have found out what my nitrate problem is I tested my tap water and let me just say that I am happy I drink bottled water
