I need STRAIGHT ANSWER ONLy no bs, comments or opinions on anything else.

I have a 55 gallon tank and my Ammonia level is at 0.

How to lower Nitrite?
How to do a water cycle?

You could also dump in some biospira, but it may be too late. Or just use filter media from an established tank. It will have the necessary bacteria to take care of your nitrite problem.
 
it will come down by itself naturally as its a natural cycle!
like has been said....see if you can get some media from a mature tank to help kick start your bacteria count!

we have biocultures liquid in the uk to convert the nitrite into nitrate but not sure what products you have over there!

look out for white spot when you have nitrite present tho!
