NLS Cichlasomma Anyone use it?

sweet thanks. Im looking for a good staple to work from. Cichlids feeding and diet is so controversial I buy a food for african cichlids and I hear its garbage. I take a tip and get some food and find out that it is not nearly as good as I heard the story goes on and on.
 
Should be OK. Just verify the actual contents and make sure nothing is extremely differe. I wouldn't think so. Watch for protein content.
 
I feed my frontosa fry NLS Thera-A 1mm Formula, then when they hit about 2-3 inches I move them to the 3mm formula. So your cichlids should be able to eat it just fine.
 
Sweet thanks. Looks like a good formula for a staple. So hard to find anyone who agrees with a malawi staple diet.
 
Tried it they love it. A few of the smaller fish cant quite get a whole pellet down but its all good im gonna order their cichlid formula in 2mm or some of that highly touted dainichi
