NLS Mega fish

J jaws7777 any picture of your polys eating the pellet, it will be nice to see how big the pellets in front of the poly:)

I'll.get one tomorrow. Have to feed with the blue light on to keep the pearsei from eating it. He wouldnt touch the NF but seems to like the Mega fish.

The pellets arent big. They are hard though but the polys ate it so couldnt be that bad. Dont get me wrong they didnt chow down with gusto but will get used to it eventually

Big polys can down it without a problem but smaller polys seem to have a hard time. These pellets are super hard compared to massivores.

I may have missed it, but what is the pellet size?
10mm like massivores

Had to use the blue light or the pearsei would have eaten most of the pellets. Its the only thing the fish is scared of.

So far i noticed its much cleaner in terms of dust or messiness over massivore/carnivore and NF

Nice, similar size as the massivore, im going to try it:)

If you do starve them outfor a fee days and dont offer anything else until they accept it

wait...these are massivore sized? not carnivore sized? man they looked WAY smaller on that quarter haha. I'd probably opt for these over hikari though.

Also if water quality becomes an issue...I 1000000% advocate making gel food with pellets....ALL my fish will eat gel food but some won't take a straight pellet.

+1 Just getting into making gel foods in order to transition new fish onto pellet and administer meds. I knew that mortar and pestle would come in handy one day!
