These guys are tiny: rummynose might be less than an inch. After a scare, all are alive so far, but I emailed Imperial Tropicals that two rummynose were upside down in bag and looked dead.

I know they are fasted before shipping so I fed them frozen daphnia and frozen baby brine about a half hour after I put them in the tank. They ate that. I was hesitant to try messing with the fry food with the tank lights off.
Tomorrow, I'm gonna try to see if this fry food I was gifted will be recognized as food for them while I await to order some 0.5mm food.
The long version is below, but I found out a website glitched is why I haven't received my Probiotix order from Monday.
I just left some repashy in there to see if they'll recognize that as food.
I have enough frozen food and worse case, I have that junk Tetra flakes that I stopped feeding to my tanks if I need food while I sort out my food order and get quality 0.5 mm food next week.
More details:
UPS:
UPS next day air tracking said 10:30am estimated but didn't arrive till 7:30pm. I guess it's bc of holiday shopping as summer next day air orders predictably arrived at 10:15-10:30. It sucked as I woke up early and then couldn't leave to do anything all day as I waited for the delivery.
Probiotix out of stock:
Got an email from Super Citchlids telling me their inventory was off somehow they were one short. I had been wondering why my Monday order still had not shipped: I figured they were just busy from the weekend sales.
Take $4 in free samples, or take a free upgrade to the bigger container of the 1-1.5mm:
They offered to either refund me and sent the northfin samples I ordered for free. The samples are 50 cents each and I ordered eight (sidenote: I am wary of NF after the thread here last year but the samples are cheap and I'm interested in their carnivore line), or to upgrade me to the 1-1.5mm Probiotix, supposedly in the next size up.
I'm confirming what size that is: the 0.5-0.75mm came in 140g. I hope they don't mesn the 150g size as I don't really need the 1mm food right now. Im still working through an NLS community blend and I have a Thera-A 250g 1mm unopened. If I'm gonna get the 300g for $12.74 sale price I paid for the 140g, I think I should take the deal and just order another food for these fish. If it's the 150g container that they are offering as a free upgrade, then I guess I'm taking the samples.
What would you do?
