NLS size for rummynose 1"

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
It's funny how I went through so much analysis and ended up with NLS Grow bc of the inventory snafu and this product being on sale with free shipping.

If I go by the description, this is better for my situation as these fish clearly are juveniles that need to grow. I'm sure they would've been fine with the Probiotix. That product is attractive bc of the probiotic bacteria and the giant squid (also it's the new formula with Naturox, but that's not a selling point that matters to me). I'm not sure if Probiotix is meant for adult fish that eat 0.5mm and Grow is better for me since I have juveniles.

Again, probably doesn't make a difference either way considering these are both quality NLS products. Really trying to "optimize" I suppose I could feed both products.

  • Color-enhancing pellet food with extra protein for growing fish
  • Quality nutrition supports color, growth and overall fish health
  • 0.5mm pellets are sized right for young, juvenile aquarium fish

Edit:
Super Cichlids confirmed they upgrade me to the 300g container for 1-1.5mm Probiotix so I'll take the deal for that and save it for later.

NLS Grow arrived today. That's definitely the right size. They went crazy for it when I dropped it in. They find fry food but it's too small

Medium size:
So I got the upgraded food , and they screwed up and sent me the 2-2.5mm Probiotix instead of the 1-1.5mm that was supposed to get for the 0.5-0.75mm Probiotix I originally ordered

I'll probably order from them again bc they have the best prices and free shipping but they are disorganized...

One Friday update tl for this thread:

Super Cichlids got back to me. They apologized and said they'll send me the proper 1-1.5mm Probiotix on Monday.

I figured I'd update as I mentioned them as being the vendor. I know I dometisom do searches for companies here before ordering so I need want to reflect that they made things right here.
