Sorry to derail but...One time I had some guys over from work and we were taking shots of JD. I noticed they were pretty faded and convinced them to take the next shot with a mealworm in it. The 3 of them actually did it. They turned to me and said it was my turn...but I had the wife say I had just did it when they weren't looking and they believed her! Suckers!!! Anyways...back to the original thought...

dude what's wrong with you?? You should know the fish you got was a predator that eats meat. If you feel guilty, then give it to one of the guys on the forum and get yourself a gold fish or a pleco thats vegeterian. I'm sure one of the guys here will gladly take it so you don't feel guilty anymore JEEZ.

Couldn't you have simply placed the mealworms into a container with the fish food sticks, let them eat the sticks and then feed it to your gar? Wouldn't that have been a little easier?... Unless of course the mealworm doesnt want to eat the sticks...
