I keep fatheads around as they love cooler water and are oddly social fish. Don't have a mean bone in their body and act with a collective personality.

Most just see the same fish as a feeder though.

So, I did not set out to learn this....
There was a fire...
NO livestock was lost
In a 300 gallon tank 5 adult black widow frontosas and a trio of phenochilus
Lived 6 weeks at 55 degrees
Very little food during that time
It’s been a year and a half....
All fish swim, happily
