Noisy Overflow Box Help!!!!!

i put some thought to it and this is what i came up with:

i put a piece of air tubing about 7 inches long partially down the sump intake.
i think it relieved the pressure pockets being formed that were causing the gurgling.
Nevertheless it worked! so i put a 2nd one in there and now its practically silent

problem solved
