Non active catfish

Are there species of available anywhere that are not very active and kind of stay on the bottom of the tank a lot so a non active catfish species
 
I didn’t see my Niger move for about 2 months. One time he stayed next to a heater in a holding tank for almost a day left a nasty burn on him. Yah you want a log Niger is a way to go

Most plecs or ancistrus, I'd say. My redspot lays around so much the other plecs lay on him....

Trachy trachy, lithodoras dorsalis, pterodoras granulosus & irwini. These cats literally logs & they can grow huge but still stays under 4'. I could suggest ripsaw catfish but they are quite active than most people think.

They don’t get active till they get bigger. My irwinis and granulated constantly zip through the tank
