Love this combination and the threadfins are amazing and display all the time.

If you get celestial pearl danios you will never see them. Theyre beautiful but they are super shy. Might look at kilifish and badis.

IME, while they are shy, if you have them in a large enough group of 8 or more in a planted tank, they do come out a heck of a lot more... naturally the more you have the more you'll see them...
