It is absolutely perfect for skippers! There are lots of crevaces & shelves to put plants & such, so you'll have fund decorating it. I have a bunch of really pretty river rocks from Lake Michigan I had in there, you can have too. There are 2 types of filtration--I have an attchment opver the end of the powerhead, going into the filter pad on top. Opening for a heater up there too. There's a stream crossing over the back to the right & then the river flows across the whole tank to the left, landing in a large pool of water.

Where did you get the kit from. I've never seen one like that before. I've been thinking of doing my own 3d background for a vivarium. I somewhat started it. I'm still working on but almost finished my slider tank 3d.
