jack daniels is the way to go.

Your a Jack Daniel's girl? I think I just fell in love... Look at my avatar.

eat snasuages yes called snasuages. also if you eat more dairy it will make you lactose invincible as you get use to it

I don't think I have an allergy, per se, but if I drink or consume dairy, certain brown events are delayed, sometimes for weeks. The record for me was over three weeks. Anyway, I use Blue Diamond Vanilla Almond Milk for cereal and beverage purposes. Get the '90 calorie per serving' version. The lighter type tastes sandy, as do other brands of almond milk.
Some brands of flavored goat cheese are truly delicious, and some goat cheese tastes like the smell of feet. Bad goat cheese loses its nasty when you melt it into food, like Indian curry dishes. I love it that way, and it keeps my calcium and essential mammal vitamin (A, D) intake in check.
Aside from that, just hit the market with resolve to try something new every week. You'll eventually get a good list of what dairy substitutions are tolerable for you. Also, eating certain non-dairy foods like raw greens and walnuts will help curb the craving for dairy by providing different elements which are also contained in dairy that your system might be urging you to seek.

for sure :D

You dislike soy milk at first because you want it to taste just like real milk, and it doesn't. But if you keep drinking it you'll get used to it, and eventually soy milk will taste normal and real milk will taste odd. At least, that's what happened with me and diet soda.

By the way, glad to see JD is popular over there. I live pretty close to the distillery.

i'm lactose intolerant :irked: can't eat anything dairy forever :cry::cry::cry: does anyone know how i'm gonna survive this stupid nightmare of a life :irked: cos i just want ice cream and butter and normal stuff :irked:

anyway past the rant...who has any (disgusting) good ways to make (horrible) lovely dairy free food? :D

You may not be lactose intolerant forever! I randomly became intolerant to dairy when I was 15 - little did I know you can actually overdose on dairy.. Then when I was around 17 or 18, I was able to eat dairy again - with the exception of cream cheese...

soy ice cream isnt that bad if you find a good brand but probiotics defiantly help. oh and if your desperate you can get some lactese from the chemist which will make you feel ok if you have a mild intolerance and eat dairy...
