Seems like the prominently different thing to me are the stripe like pattern across their heads up to their dorsal.

^ which is a mono/ocell trait, from the pics i would say possibly azul (from the first one), but from the second set of pics id guess Mono, Ive been noticing pure baby monos around lately

Anyone wonder if it could be some sort of Temensis hybrid? Maybe tem x azul? It looks temmish to me but im not an expert

No, a lot of vertically blotched Cichla have it, but most lose it as they grow.
