Northfin carnivore

What is the texture and smell like compared to Massivore? I'm still using NLS, but it's kinda hard. It's not messy or smelly though. Looking for another pellet when I finish up the NLS.....

Those mega fish formula from NLS are rock hard. Only like 3-4 of my bichirs were willing to eat it like massivores. The rest would eat but not too much.

I was thinking it would be. The northfin doesnt seem as soft as the massivore biut not as hard as nls.

Nope never tried because reviews were like Hao said, rock like and fish dont readily take to it.

The Northfin carnivore does soften up in water pretty quickly. Im finishing off Massivore and have a bag of the Northfin carnivore waiting.

dang. To be fair, I wouldn't want to eat rocks either. I have to crush up my marine NLS for my davinci clownfish cause it is too hard for them too. lol. Although they were tank raised on really tiny food. Still, I love NLS and the colors it gives the fish.

Guess the polys like the softer and smellier stuff.

perhaps this is why we never hear about it. I've never seen it in stores either. You know if only 3 of Hao 's bichirs are willing to eat it, that's like a 3% approval rating.
