Since I have bags of Northfin at home and feel this is a blatant misrepresentation of their product I sent an email asking about this issue and included a link to the original post in MFK.

Not that I expect an answer back but I guess it was a way for me as a consumer to make sure I felt the company had an opportunity to make it right or to at least see if they deserve future business.

If you are a Northfin user I say you get on their website, email them and let them know about this and your feelings about how they represent their product and what appears to be real lab tests are showing.

I expect that you will get a response, what they will say is anyone's guess. These lab reports have been floating around for a couple months now so they should already be aware. The owner, Darius, is also a member of MFK so he can certainly respond directly in that thread as well.

Not necessarily, but I dont trust anyone who does not contact me back. When they were just starting to become known in the USA, I had emailed about where to get product and what not and I received email answers. This was just from a single hobbyist who would likely make no dent in their profit whether I bought or not. I guess I want to see what they do next.

I also contacted the company I buy the product from and basically told them the situation. I linked the MFK info and told them I contacted Northfin. I basically told them I would not be buying the product any longer and said if there was a way to return the product I had purchased I would. It was a way to now get someone who distributes the product to say to the company 'hey we have unhappy customers. and Im going to lose business'
 
Appreciate you taking the time to reach out DMD. I'm too lazy and have no experience with the product.
Ive spent my money on a product that I believed to be the best choice for my fish and then I found that they misrepresented themselves... Im not doing a whole lot but just expressing myself as a consumer. Dont know what Northfin will say or do but I said what I needed to them at this point.
