Seriously, "Nothing." That's one of those unfortunate things. If it becomes tender and sore, I'd hope your gar is smart enough to stop sticking his nose in everything. You just have a NOSEY fish. No pun intended.

first off i really have to say, sweet looking florida gars! on the nose issue, you have nothing to be worried about it will heal no problem. however, you need to figure out if it's an isolated incident or if there really is a cause for concern. water params, stress, flowrate, or even tanksize. i too would suggest shifting these gars into a bigger tank, im assuming you have one and this is only they're growout. gd luck

lol ur exactly correct i have a 200g im gonna drop them into soon water parameters seem to be fine i think hes just a tard cause the other one doesnt do all that nose bumpn ....and thank you

actually there is something to worry about with nose damage as it can lead to infection. i wouldn't worry about treatment other than maintaining good water quality. if you notice a lot more discoloration you may eventually want to add some salt and bump up the temp.
the best thing you can do, as previously mentioned is get them into that bigger tank. the tank they are in currently is one of the main culprits in this snout damage as they don't have enough room to turn around well. i would get them in sooner than later as long as the new tank is ready.
another thing you can do is provide some overhead cover in the form of artificial or live plants. reduced lighting will help calm the fish down, and make sure there aren't other fishes aggravating the fish either.
those are unusual looking gars, were they store-bought or wild-caught? good luck--

Solomon, I've had my florida for about 90 days, so I'm still learning GAR. You asked if they were store-bought or wild. You also mentioned that they looked "Unusual." Please inform me of how they look unusual. My florida resembles one of those in the poster's pic. I'm curious. Thanks in advance.
