nostril missing... will it grow back?

can you get us a pic?
Is there any redness in the area?
What else is in the tank?

Just other bichirs and some african cichlids. No there is no redness in the area. I think they might have come off during middle of the night scuffles with the other bichirs. My koliba with missing nostrils is 16". Tankmates are as follows: 2 endli 10"-13", 2 congicus both 13", 2 weeksii 9", 1 more koliba at 13".

Here are some pics of my koliba with the missing nostrils. Up close ones are of where the nostrils should be. One pic is with my other koliba, notice the different contrast between the both of them. Last pic is sort of a full body shot. Enjoy!

wierd they should grow back but not all of the time. lol you might end up with a battle scared fish. anyways the nostrills are very sensitive try to keep an eye on him.
