Just an update:

My eel is looking really good today!

He ate about 3 night crawlers last night and his belly is healing up. He still has a noticable wound on his spine, but that too is looking much, much better!

I'm still dosing the melafix and primfix, just to be safe.

Right now he is swimming around with the oscar, they are "playing" in the bubble bar!

I was pretty bummed at the Christmas party tonight, no one understood why I was so upset and worried about a "fish".

i usually have a hard time explaining to people that when my fish are sick and that i am worried over a fish.

Hope your fish will make it, usually these little creatures will surprise you

thats good news, i hope u feelilng better. well from the way i see it, ur fire eel will be alright.

so dont worry about it and go enjoy the count down party! there is still one more party to go to this year. haha

water changes will help him heal faster too if you have the time but remember to replace the melafix you are removing.
