Could you test the water in you tank for ammonia, nitrite and nitrate, and then test your tap water.

I did a test the other day, and took my water to the lfs. Everything was fine and ive been doing 25% wc every night since then with prime. I will do a test but im sure its just going to say what its said for the last few days.
 
Now that i only have my guinean, delhezi and bowfin i moved them to a cooler with water from my 40 and new water with prime just to get them out of that tank till i can figure out whats going on.
 
Well now my bowfin is dead. Water was perfect quality. I changed it 25% for the last few nights and always kept up with water changes before i started losing fish. So 2 sens and bowfin now gone for a reason i still cant find. I always used water conditioner with wc, fed them raw shrimp chopped every night, and did everything i was supposed to and somehow i still end up losing fish. I really dont understand. If anyone has any possible idea on what may have gone wrong please let me know. Also none of the fish were acting different before they died and looked perfect so i would have been able to tell if it were parasites or some sickness. As for the bowfin he did show sickness when he couldn't keep his balance.
