Not eating, near top of tank

Its very possible as it was such a voracious feeder...it gorged itself daily. After 2 days of not feeding the fish is also not looking thin, it is still robust looking in the belly area. I put in a 1oz bottle of Prazi Ill see what that does and do a WC on Thursday to let it do its job. If that doesnt work I will try the Epsom.

The fish now has peeling of the "skin" on the face area, it literally looks like a sunburn which has began to peel off. Otherwise no changes...any ideas?
