try guppies or small slices of fresh prawns..
ya and also raise your water temp to 30C for 24 hrs it would help if ur arowana has any stomach upsets (this is what my arowana seller suggested) and also be careful abt the guppies they do tend to introduce disease so see the source from where u are getting it, baby goldfish are also favorable at this stage but stop it when it reaches around 4-5inches as goldfish have rates of fats which results in droop eye in the future..

If it it it's taking it in and spitting out, your nearly there. Keep it up and eventually it will eat them. The blood worms are good for the little aros.

I agree, try freeze dried blood worms instead of frozen.

yea just give it time... when he gets a little bigger he will try almost anything you put in there... mine was a picky eater when i got mine like yours and now i have problems getting anything by him to the other fish... doesn't matter what it is he will try it... just try and beef him up some then put your new food in there for several days until he takes it... and if ya get worried about it not eating you now know what it will take... but should be no problem.. goodluck
