No I don't think you need more water changes anyway, I just asked because I thought maybe you were only changing 25%.

If you feel like you need SD's you could keep them I guess. I tried them a while ago and they didn't really work for me, but everyones fish are different.

So you kept the convict? Nice, convicts are awesome:D
 
Thinking about the genetics thing mentioned earlier, many of the fish that we buy from stores are so selectively breed that inbreeding may cause a lot of fish not to be able to really reach their full potential.
 
Good information and I agree with everyone.

I got rid of the SD's and the Tinfoil Barbs.

Now everyone has plenty of space and things are relatively peaceful.

I like the comment about the convict.
I will always have one.
Pretty little fish that don't take crap from nobody.
