your telling me the guy had a black arowana stuffed in his wheelwell? what kinda container did he have stuffed in there? cmon now LOL, if you got pulled over and have a fish in your car, the last thing there thinkin about is it being illegal. i doubt they even kno what species it is unless its obvious like a piranha. but even then u could say its a red belly pacu. not every cop is a fish guru.
 
Well she said she would hold the arowana for me untill 3:00 tomorrow. So I can either get the arowana for 220 or I can get 1 Male flowerhorn 2 female flowerhorn and a **** load of babys for 200.
