There's lots of CA/SA species that I don't care to own, many more that I would, but top of my list is Trimac. Just don't care for them at all. Also very few Amphilophus species that I care for.

I don't know why, but I genuinely dislike frontosas. I don't have any rational reasons for it either... I also hate yellow tangs for an unknown reason lol

Unfortunately my wife really likes them. I have a recurring nightmare that I come home from work to find a pair of them in my new 125 pushing around my Rotkeil. "Noooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!"

For me it's Haitian or Cubans. They lack the color of most CA/SA cichlids. I also don't want to keep the higher water temps.

I love them both, I just have to bring my self to dedicate an entire 5'-6' tank for JUST a pair of them.....not an easy decision when you have as many plans as I have......buuuuuuuuut, I still might do it anyway, cuz I love'em

Firemouth Cichlids, Thorichthys , they dont do anything for me.
