Not liking my tank stands color anymore

i would sand it down and stain it a dark cherry..

Hmm I didn't think about staining. That could look really nice. The wood does have a nice looking grain, so that's definitely a possibility. (Pic taken with my blackberry so not that great quality)

But Satin black would also look really nice with some silver or dark gray trim. However the trim color would detract from the tank.

I'm seriously thinking staining would be awesome.

I changed my mind. Completely getting all the paint off to stain it would be a huge pain. So I'm gonna go with Satin black.

just paint it black. The focus should be the tank, not the stand lol.

Black of any kind...don't do the trim a different color, that would be tacky IMO

go with the satin black it would look good. personaly I like stained best but paint also has a time and a place the time and place for the red is gone. the time and place for the Black has arrived. post when finished

Will post pics for sure. I started a little test sand and the pain comes off pretty easy. Shouldn't take too long to sand down.
