Isn't that the super rare one that one of the vender's here imported not to long ago? It look neat where ever it came from.
a few years ago my LFS had a whole tank of them, big ones, that were amazing. they were labled as "queen clown loach" and were quite pricey.
I still regret not picking a few up.

yeah, I always remember them. at the time I was still a starving student and did not have a 'real job' yet
so dropping $80 on a loach was out of my price range at the time.
