You wouldn't believe this, but I'm in the semi-dark already! But can't figure out how to turn the blasted flash off!

The thread title says it all, don't worry about the standard of the pictures. When I first joined I'd go through 200 shots in an hour to end up with one I was remotely happy with. Keep practicing and you'll get there in the end.

Thanks for sharing them.

A piece of electrical tape will work! Yes I know, I always take the ghetto approach when I'm sure there's an option to turn it off.

I think I'll try turning the flash off, first! But I need to charge the batteries! But I'll sort things out, and post pics of my main tank! Until tomoz!

hey dawn, a really great tip that Akskirmisher gave me a while back is to angle the camera at an upwards or downwards angle toward the tank so the glare doesnt ruin the pic. Trust me it work great! thats how ive been taking my aquarium pics and it really does work. hope this helps! :D

oh and also, using this technique doesnt require you to turn the flash off

takes a lil practice, plus' we can figure out what they are so that's a good thing! lol.. nice looking fish!
